(1)Subject to the provisions of Section 10, the Empowered Standing Committee shall classify all public streets in the municipal area in the following categories:-(a)category I-arterial roads,(b)category II-sub-arterial roads,(c)category III-connected, roads,(d)category IV-local roads, and(e)category V-pedestrian pathways.
