Section 8(1) in The Government Of Union Territories And The Government Of National Capital Territory Of Delhi (Amendment) Act, 2001
(1)As from such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint in this behalf, all other public moneys received by or on behalf of the Lieutenant Govern r shall be credited to a public account entitled" the Public Account of the Capital".
