Section 5(3) in The Goa Rehabilitation Board Act, 2006
(3)Every member shall be entitled to receive such remuneration or allowances from the funds of the Board as may be prescribed:Provided that in the case of a member of the Legislative Assembly of Goa, he shall not be entitled to any remuneration other than the travelling allowance and daily allowance at the rate not exceeding those admissible to him as a member of the Legislative Assembly under the Goa Salary, Allowances and pension of Members of the Legislative Assembly Act, 2004 (Goa Act 20 of 2004).
