Section 32(1) in Bihar State Disaster Management Authority (Functions and Management) Rules, 2012
(1)The Secretary shall be a full time executive of the Authority and shall be responsible for implementation of the decisions of the Authority and broad policies and guidelines as per the Act, State Policy and perform such other functions as may be assigned by the Vice Chairperson of the Authority from time to time
