% 27.01.2023 CRL.M.A. 2116/2023 Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. The application stands disposed of.

This is an application seeking regular bail in case being Crime No. VIII/19/DZU/2022, under Sections 8/22(C)/23(C)/29 of the NDPS Act.

It is stated that the applicant has been arrested only on the basis of a disclosure statement and no recovery has been made from the applicant. It is further stated that the applicant is in custody since 07.03.2022.

Issue notice.

Mr Raghav Bansal, learned standing counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. He seeks and is granted two weeks to file a status report.

Nominal Roll be also requisitioned indicating previous involvement of the applicant, if any.
