Section 63 in The Maharashtra Animal and Fishery Sciences University Act, 1998
63. New College or faculty to be constituted as constituent college or Faculty.
- On and from the appointed day, no new college or Faculty imparting education in Veterinary Sciences, Dairy Technology and Fishery Sciences and Allied Sciences shall be established, except as a constituent college or Faculty of the University.
