1. The petitioner has no objection to this Court hearing the matter.
2. This is a petition filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("the Act"), seeking to challenge the Award dated 05.07.2025.
3. Mr. Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, amongst other grounds, states that the Arbitrator has re-written the terms of Clauses 7.3.4 and 16.1 of the Lease Deed dated 04.09.2018 which stated that the respondent must give a three-month advance notice in writing for termination after the Lock-in period.
4. For the reasons stated, issue notice.
5. Mr. Tomar, learned counsel for the respondent, accepts notice, seeks and is granted 4 weeks to file a reply.
