Section 21 in The Bengal State Aid To Industries Act, 1931
21. [ Industries getting State aid to make provision for training apprentices and bar to grant of loans to certain companies. [Section 21 substituted by W.B. Act 16 of 1956.]
(1)Every recipient of State aid shall make such provision for the training of apprentices as may be prescribed.(2)No State aid shall be given to any joint stock company unless the company is registered in India with a rupee capital, and the State Government approves the composition of the Board of Directors of the Company.]
