2. The Ld. Counsel for the assessee, at the outset, placed on record letter dated 04/09/2019 to submit that the assessee wishes to withdraw the appeal in view of the fact that the Tribunal has already allowed assessee's appeal for AY 2015-16 vide order dated 26/02/2018. The Ld. DR raised no objection against the withdrawal of the appeal.
3. Keeping in view the submissions made before us, the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
