65. Application of the provisions of the Maharashtra Water Resources Regulatory Authority Act, 2005.
- The provisions of the sections 11 to 14 and section 22 of the Maharashtra Water Resources Regulatory Authority Act, 2005 shall apply in implementing this Act and the rules made thereunder.
