Section 18 in Srinagar and Jammu Cluster Universities Act, 2016
18. Authorities.
- The following shall be the authorities of a Cluster University :-(1)the University Council ;(2)the Syndicate ;(3)the Academic Council ;(4)the Faculties ;(5)the Boards of Studies ;(6)the Boards of Research Studies ;(7)the Board of Inspection ; and(8)such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the Cluster University.
