Petition under Section 151 of CPC is filed praying that in the
circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High
Court may be pleased to suspend the operation of the Letter of the 3rd
Respondent bearing No. NCO(AP&T)/162/6/P&C, dated 23-0+-J2r624, by
continuing the existing NCC Sub-Unit in the petitioner college, pending
disposal of WP No. 29424 of 2024, on the file of the High Court.

the petitioner college to appear for the 'B] and {C' certificates examinations scheduled to be held on 23-0+2-2025 and 16-02-2025 respectively or any other subsequent dates, Pendl'ng disposal of WP No. 29424 of 2024, on the file of the High Court.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the earlier orders of the High Court dated. 19.12.2024, 02.01.2025, & 23.01.2025, made herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI N SIVA REDDY Advocate for the petitioner and of GP FOR TOURISM, for the Respondents, the court made the following ORDER:
Learned Counsel representing respondent Nos.2 to 5 has submitted wrl-tten instructions, wherein it is stated that in pursuance of the withdrawal of the NCC vide proceedings dated NCC(AP&T)/162/6/P&C 23.07.2024 of the petitioner institution, none of the candidates were given any kind of training in this particular year, as such opposed for permitting the petitioner to appear for EB' and fC:
certificates examination schedule to be held on 23.02.2025 and 16-02.2025.
In view of the fact that the withdrawal proceedings bearing No.NCO (AP & T)/162/6/P&C dated 23.07.2024 were suspended vl-de order dated a 19.12.2024 passed in I.A.No.01 of 2024, this Court feels it appropriate to direct the respondents to permit the NCO Cadets in the petitioner college, to appear for [B' and fC' certificates examination scheduled to be held on; 23.02.2025 and 16.02.2025. However, the same shall be subject to the` result of the writ petition. The petition is ordered accordingly.
