Section 25(1)(p) in The Gujarat Housing Board Act, 1961

(p)any other matters for which, in the opinion of the State Government it is expedient to make provision with a view [to provide housing accommodation in any urban area] [These words were substituted for the words 'to provide housing accommodation' by Gujarat 1 of 1973, section 18(1) (c).] and to the improvement or development of any area comprised in the scheme or any adjoining area or the general efficiency of the scheme.
