Section 27(2) in The Rajasthan Municipal Service Rules, 1963
(2)No appointment made under sub-rule (1) shall be continued beyond a period of [one year] [Substituted by Notification No. F. 10(1) LSG/56 dated 10-12-1976, Published in Rajasthan Gazette, Part IV-C dated 23-12-1976, page 553] without referring it to the Commission for their concurrence and shall be terminated immediately on their refusal to concur.
