Section 13(3)(i) in The Inter-State Migrant Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) (Punjab) Rules, 1983

(i)If the Licensing Officer allowed the application, he shall require the applicant to deposit the amount, if any, by which the fee that would have been payable if the licence had been originally issued in the amended form exceeds the fees originally paid for the licence.
