Section 24(1) in U.P. Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2017
(1)Any person who is aggrieved by any decision of the Town Vending Committee may prefer an appeal to the Mayor or the Chairperson as the case may be, within thirty days of receipt of the order.
