Section 215(b) in Rajasthan Land Revenue (Land Records) Rules, 1957
(b)Each Patwari attending shall be first required to hand over the reports, which he may have to make. When this has been done and the Patwari has received such instructions orders and circulars as may be necessary, the Office Qanungo will pay him his salary in the presence to the Tehsildar or the Naib-Tehsildar, who will sign in the register of salary bill against each payment.
