Section 40(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Wakafs Act, 2001
(1)The Chairman of a Tehsil Committee may allow inspection of its proceedings or such other records which are not privileged and are in its custody and issue the copies of the same on payment of such fees and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed.
