Section 31 in The Orissa Medical Registration Act, 1961
31. Appeal to the State Government from decision of Council.
(1)An appeal shall lie to the State Government from every decision of the Council under Section 20 or Section 27.(2)Every appeal under Sub-section (1) shall be preferred within three months from the date of such decision.
