41. Inventory of properties of the Development Authority.
(1)The Development Authority shall maintain an inventory of the movable and immovable properties of the Development Authority in such form and in such manner as may be prescribed.(2)The Development Authority shall, in the case of the inventory of an immovable property, prepare art annual statement along with the reference therein.(3)Such statement shall be included as an appendix to the annual administration report of the Development Authority.Part-V Regulatory/JurisdictionChapter-IX Streets,and public places
