Section 6(1) in Jawaharlal Nehru Technological Universities Act, 2008
(1)The Governor of Andhra Pradesh shall be the Chancellor of the University, who shall, by virtue of his office, be the head of the University. He shall perform such functions as may be entrusted to him by or under this Act.
