Section 34 in Indian Institute of Public Health Gandhinagar Act, 2015
34. Appointment of First President.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in the section 8, the person who holds the post of Chairperson of the Governing Council of the Indian Institute of Public Health Gandhinagar immediately before the commencement of this Act, shall be the first President of the University.
