Section 527 in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
527. Repair, cleansing and lime washing of any building may be required.
- If it appears to the Commissioner necessary for sanitary reasons so to do, he may, by written notice, require the owner or occupier of any building inspected under Section 526 to cause the same or some portion thereof to be repaired or lime washed or otherwise cleansed, either externally or internally or both. '
