Section 22 in Himalayan Garhwal University Act, 2016
22. Authorities of the University.
- The following shall be the authorities of the University; namely:-(a)The Board of Governors;(b)The Board of Management;(c)The Academic Council;(d)The Finance Committee; and(e)Such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be authorities of the University.
