Section 2 in The M.P. Homoeopathy Council (Publication of Register and Appeal) Rules, 2000
2. Definitions.
- In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires :-(a)"Adhiniyam" means the Madhya Pradesh Homoeopathy Council Adhiniyam, 1976 (No. 19 of 1976);(b)"Appendix" means the Appendix appended to these rules;(c)"Form" means the forms appended to these rules;(d)"Section" means a section of the Act;(e)"Schedule" means the schedule appended to the Adhiniyam and Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973;(f)"Year" means a calendar year.
