Section 21(1) in West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission Act, 2008
(1)If the State Government is of the opinion that the Commission has failed to discharge its functions under this Act in accordance with the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by an order published in the Official Gazette, and stating the reasons therefor, dissolve the Commission with effect from such date as may be specified in the order.
