33. Acts and proceedings not to be invalidated by vacancies.
- No act or proceedings of the Board of Governors or any authority of the University or any Committee or Council constituted under this Act or by regulations shall be questioned on the ground merely of the existence of any vacancy in or defect of, in the constitution of, such Board of Governors, authority or Committee or Council of the University.
