Section 67 in The Anna University of Technology, Tiruchirappalli Act, 2006
67. Removal of doubts.
- For the removal of doubts it is hereby declared that members of the authorities of the Anna University, Chennai and [Anna University of Technology, Tiruchirrappali] [Substituted for 'Anna University, Tiruchirrappali' by Act 25 of 2010, dated 11.6.2010.] elected or nominated or otherwise as such members under the Anna University, Chennai Act, 1978 (Tamil Nadu Act 30 of 1978) or under [Anna University of Technology, Tiruchirrappali] [Substituted for 'Anna University, Tiruchirrappali' by Act 25 of 2010, dated 11.6.2010.] Act, 2006 (Tamil Nadu Act 41 of 2006) and from the colleges or institutions deemed to have been affiliated to the [Anna University of Technology, Tiruchirrappali] [Substituted for 'Anna University, Tiruchirrappali' by Act 25 of 2010, dated 11.6.2010.] under sub-section (5) of section 53 of this Act and holding office as such members in any of the authorities of the Anna University, Chennai or [Anna University of Technology, Tiruchirrappali] [Substituted for 'Anna University, Tiruchirrappali' by Act 25 of 2010, dated 11.6.2010.] immediately before the date of commencement of this Act shall continue to be such members till the term of office expires.[Substituted by Act No. 25 of 2010, dated 11.6.2010.]
