Learned counsel for the DVC submitted that DVC has already submitted the Review Petitions to review the judgment dated 3.4.2012 and if any order is passed in Review Petitions that may have some bearing on the facts of these writ petitions, therefore, Review Petitions may also be listed for hearing.
In view of the above, with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, put up all the Review Petitions, which has been filed or which may be filed to review the order dated 3.4.2012 passed in W.P.T No. 2890 of 2011 along with these writ petitions on 7th May, 2012 at 10.30.
