Records reveal that the complaint in this case was filed in the year 2002 and even otherwise this appeal is on the dockets of this Court for nearly 12 years. Therefore, in such circumstances, even though the case is being adjournment reluctantly, however, the same shall be taken up for hearing on 06.04.2022 with the clear understanding that no adjournment in any manner whatsoever will be granted to either of the parties on the said date.
