14. Registration of drilling rigs.
(1)Every rig owner shall register his machinery with the Authority in such manner and on payment of such fee as may be prescribed.(2)Every rig owner or operator shall follow the instructions issued by the Authority from time to time.Added by Act No. 6 of 2004, dated 11.8.2004.[]$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
