Section 48 in Maharana Partap Horticultural University, Karnal Act, 2015
48. Constitution of Finance Committee.
- The University shall constitute a Finance Committee consisting of the following members, namely:-(a)Vice-Chancellor(b)Comptroller;(c)a member chosen by the Board from amongst its official members; and(d)a member chosen by the Board from amongst its non-official members.
