Section 13A(1) in The Saurashtra University Act, 1965
(1)The Joint Registrar shall be a whole-time salaried officer and shall be appointed by the Syndicate in accordance with the Statutes to be made in this behalf and his emoluments and conditions of service shall be determined by such Statutes. He shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations.
