Section 22 in The Delhi Urban Art Commission Act, 1973
22. Power to exempt.-
The Central Government may, subject to such conditions as may be prescribed by rules in this behalf, exempt any building, building operation or engineering operation which has been designed as a result of an architectural competition, from the operation of all or any of the provisions of this Act.
