79. Fees.
- The appeal under rule 77 or an application under rule 78 shall be presented in form M11-13 in duplicate and be accompanied with a treasury receipt showing that a fee of five hundred rupees has been paid in Government treasury to the credit of the State Government under the head specified under rule 64.[Chapter IX] [Inserted by Notification No. 2229/LXXXVI/-2016-130-2015 T.C., dated 29.6.2017 (w.e.f 26.8.1963)] Grant of Prospecting License or Mining Lease for Diaspore, Pyrophylite, Felspar, Calcite, Silica Sand China Clay, Quartz etc.
