Section 18(2) in National Cadet Corps (Girls Division) Rules, 1949
(2)If the Selection Board recommends the applicant for appointment as an officer in the Girls' Division, the President of the Board on being satisfied that the applicant understands the questions put to her and that she consents to the conditions of service shall sign a certificate to that effect on Form 11.
