Section 45(a) in Jharkhand Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites, Remains and Art Treasures Act, 2016
(a)To ancient monuments or archaeological sites and remains which have been or may hereafter be declared by or under the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act 1958 (XXIV of 1958) or by or under any other law made by parliament to be national importance; or
