158. Ventilation.
- The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that all working areas in a free air tunnel are provided with ventilation system as approved by the Chief Inspector of Building and Other Construction and the fresh air supplied in such tunnel is not less than six cubic metre per minute for each building worker employed underground in such tunnel and the free air flow movement inside such tunnel is not less than nine metres per minute.
