Section 45(i) in The Mineral Concession Rules, 1960
(i)the provisions of clauses (b) to (l) [and (p) to (u)] [ Inserted by G.S.R. 449(E), dated 13.4.1988.] of sub-rule (1) of rule 27 shall apply to such leases with the modification that in clauses (c) and (d) for the words "State Government" the word "lessor" shall be substituted;
