Section 13(2) in The M.P. Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1972
(2)All seats in the auditorium, excepting those contained in Private boxes shall be firmly secured to the floor. Chairs with folding seats shall be provided wherever required by the licensing authority. Where benches are provided the benches shall have arms suitably fixed so that each seat is separate.
