appoint a retired judge of the this Court or retired District Judge as an arbitrator
to adjudicate the dispute itself between the parties in relation to the agreement
dated 17.05.1999 under reference with further direction to adjudicate the claim
in accordance with law and pass an award within the time, to be specified by
this Court.

ORDER
There is no representation on the side of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the respondent also submits that he has also given the change of vakkalat. Since the OP is of the year 2000, this Court is of the considered view that it can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
