Section 191N in West Bengal Co-operative Societies Rules, 2011
191N. Return of purchase money and payment of compensation.
(1) Where a sale is set aside under rule 191J, the Registrar shall intimate the same to the concerned bank or the society and thereafter the board of the concerned bank or the society shall issue a notice to the purchaser for payment of the purchase money and the compensation.(2)In the event of dispute regarding the claim to the purchase money and the compensation, the bank or the society concerned shall withhold payment till the dispute is settled.
