Section 23C(1) in The Kerala Protection of River Banks and Regulation of Removal of Sand Act, 2001
(1)Any person aggrieved by an order of the District Collector under section 23B may, within thirty days from the date of order of the District Collector, file an appeal before the District Court having jurisdiction over the area from where the property is seized.
