Section 2(1)(iii) in Rajasthan State Road Transport Service(Prevention of Ticketless Travel) Act, 1975

(iii)'fare" means the total amount of all charges of whatever nature payable by a person or group of persons in respect of his for the carriage and luggage in road transport service, and includes the amount of any tax levied on such fare under any law for the time being in force;
