Section 21 in The Bihar and Orissa General Clauses Act, 1917

21. Successors.

- In any Bihar and Orissa Act [or Bihar Act] [Inserted by A.O. 1937.] it shall be sufficient, for the purpose of indicating the relation of a law to the successors of any functionaries or of corporations having perpetual succession, to express its relation to the functionaries or corporations.
