Section 12(12) in The Haryana Transmission and Bulk Supply Licence
12.2For each subsequent year that this licence remains in force, the Licensee shall, by 10th of April of every year, be liable to pay to the Government of Haryana an annual licence fee of Rs. 60. The Commission shall review and may change the level of such fee every three years.
