ORDER
16-08-2023 Heard Mr. S. Chauhan, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. R.K. Devchoudhury, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India for the respondent Nos. 1 to 4.
By filing an additional affidavit, the petitioners shall place before the Court the certified copy of the plaint filed in Title Suit (M) Case No. 23/2016 before the Court of learned District Judge, Sivasagar as well as the copy of the reply, if any, filed by the respondent No. 5, wherein the Court by order dated 01.12.2016 passed a divorce decree between the late husband of the petitioner No. 1 and the respondent No. 5.
Registry shall call for the scanned/photocopy of the records of said Title Suit (M) Case No. 23/2016 from the Court of learned District Judge, Sivasagar.
List this matter on 25.09.2023.
