By these First Appeals, the Appellants are challenging the common judgment and award dated 28th February, 2013 passed by the Civil Judge Senior Division, Nashik in Land Acquisition Tikam 4/ ::: Uploaded on - 05/07/2019 ::: Downloaded on - 15/07/2019 05:57:45 ::: 46-FA-651 of 2019 ad Ors matters..doc References holding that the Claimants are entitled to additional compensation in respect of the acquired land.
3. Considering the submission made by the learned AGP for the Appellants and the impugned judgment and award, I am satisfied that the Appellants have made out a case for following order:
(a) Admit.
(b) Printing dispensed with.
(c) AppellantS to file private paper book in main matter, within one year with copy to other side, failing which first appeal shall stand dismissed without referring back to the Court.
(d) The Registry is directed to call R & P immediately.
