71. Intimation about change of constitution of a firm etc.
- Every trader or commission agent shall furnish to the Marketing Committee the information about the change of constitution, discontinuance of the business, dissolution, partition of a firm, company, corporation, association of persons, etc. or the death of any person connected therewith within fifteen days of the occurrence of any such event.
