O R D E R
1. Issue notice.
2. At joint request of the parties, the matter is referred to Supreme Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The parties shall appear virtually before the Mediation Centre on 22nd August, 2025 at 04:00 PM. Thereafter, the parties shall appear before the Mediation Centre physically as and when directed by the coordinator.
3. List the matter for reporting of settlement, if any, after four weeks from the first day of mediation.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that till the next date of hearing, the respondent-father shall be able to Signature Not Verified speak to his minor daughter virtually.
